Greg Stogner was born in Oceanside California. Early influence and encouragement came from his artist grandmother Dore Stogner. His interest in abstraction began during his high school years. Stogner completed his M.A. studies in drawing and painting at California State University Fullerton. He works primarily in acrylics on canvas and wood panels. He has shared is love for art while working as an adjunct instructor of art for the Riverside Community College District, and the Orange County Community College District. He is a member of the Los Angeles Art Association at Gallery 825. His paintings are on display at The Laguna Gallery of Contemporary Art in Laguna Beach, California. His residence and studio are located in Riverside County California.
